Royal Córdoba Golf Club has once again hosted a leg of the SAN MIGUEL ANDALUCÍA GOLF CHALLENGE-Destination Dominican Republic by Globalia Circuit. On this occasion the event was held while the course was in especially superb condition, as it was the day before the 35th PGA Spain by Córdoba Championship, won by local player Victor Pastor with a final round of five-under for a total of 14-under.

Managed by Javier Fernández Gómez, the course was therefore prepared for a high-level professional competition, with the greens quite hard and very fast and the rough complicated, favoured in this respect by recent rains having fallen in the area. The weather conditions were favourable, with sunshine and pleasant temperatures.

The tournament participants enjoyed San Miguel beers next to the 10th tee and at the end of the round, and a cocktail reception was held in the clubhouse. The prize-giving ceremony was attended by the president of the host club’s competition committee, José María Alberti Rodríguez.
