A total of 36 Andalucian golf clubs have signed up for the “Annual Young Golf Programme” promoted by the Royal Andalucían Golf Federation. Launched last summer, the initiative proved to be a resounding success, and now it is being expanded to cover the whole year with the objective of making golf more accessible to the region’s young golfers – while also promoting the sport among families.

The official period of the programme began on 23 December, to cover the Christmas holidays, and continues until Sunday 6 January 2019.

Two different timetables and price scales have been introduced, depending on age. Young golfers aged from 14 and 25 have a timetable that allows them to complete 18 holes in the afternoon, while the timetable for those 13 and under enables them to play nine holes.

Youngsters up to 13 years, officially registered with a federation licence:

- Price €2.

- Accompanied by an adult, and playing a round with a maximum of four players.

- Timetable

* During Christmas, “Semana Blanca” (“March break”) and summer holidays, open hours.

* Rest of the year, from 3.30pm during winter timetable (five months of the year) and from 4.30pm during summer timetable (seven months of the year).

Young players from 14 to 25 years, officially registered with a federation licence:

- Price €25.

- Timetable
